Duties and responsibilities

The ON Program Manager or designated staff will:

  1. Ensure annual operating plans are developed for ON Regional Programs, assist with the development of operating plans for national initiatives, and participate in regular reviews to ensure that operating targets are being met and that efforts are being targeted to highest priorities.
  2. Prepare annual income and expense budgets for ON Programs, including the general administration of such programs. In consultation with BSCs Chief Financial Officer, the ON Program Manager monitors expenditures against approved budget.
  3. Supervise project staff and help develop and implement all ON region programs and projects.
