Mid Yare reserve is found just 7 miles east of Norwich. It is a diverse reserve with iconic wildlife spectacles which can be enjoyed throughout the year. We need an enthusiastic, outgoing, self-motivated and inspiring individual to help develop new Outdoor Adventure activities for new and existing audiences. The successful applicant would join our reserve team and be responsible for developing new cycling and canoeing activities in the Yare valley and throughout the Broads National Park. You will need to engage with local communities, youth and sport groups and local Community Interest Companies to promote cycling and canoeing activities using Strumpshaw Fen as a hub. As part of this promotion it is vital for you to be able to engage with people to convey RSPB's core conservation messages
