The Adirondack Conservation Intern is responsible for assisting staff in the areas of conservation science, threat abatement, communications and marketing, fee land and conservation easement stewardship, and fundraising, and for completing a nature preserve management and stewardship lead project as follows: Lead Project – Nature Preserve Management and Stewardship: The intern will work to transform one of the Adirondack Chapter’s nature preserves into a community resource that will provide opportunities for local residents and visitors to get outside and explore nature.
