The RSPB has a long tradition of advocating policies to help deliver its core charitable purpose of wildlife conservation. To improve the effectiveness of this work, and respond to the challenges of devolved decision making, we are appointing a small team to work with our newly established Policy and Advocacy Strategy Board. The Advocacy Programme Manager will work with the Strategy Board and functional teams to set the strategy, and support them in planning, resourcing, prioritising and coordinating the RSPB's advocacy programme across the UK and within the EU.
