This is an exciting opportunity to help Butterfly Conservation develop a major project in south west England to save some of the UK’s most endangered butterflies. You will play a major role in developing a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) application for the ‘All the Moor Butterflies’ project, a three year project to deliver conservation action and showcase sympathetic management across a network of demonstration sites, as well as engage and enthuse the public in restoring habitats for declining butterflies across Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor. Home based in the South West and within easy reach of the project landscapes, you will assist our fundraising team in preparing a Stage 2 HLF application, working closely with our partner organisations, volunteers and the local community.
