Responsible for wind monitoring project coordination, to include (but not limited to):

Site documentation preparation, including H&S Construction Phase Plans and Risk Assessments. H&S liaison and sign-off with client.Liaison with stakeholders including clients and landowners prior to and during projects.Raising purchase orders, booking shipping, plant and other equipment/materials.Site crew scheduling and travel/accommodation arrangements,sign off site work, ensuring all completed paperwork is returned to the office.Amending job costs, variations and final invoices to account managers and the finance team.Reporting package to clients within agreed timescales.Infrequent site work will involve remote locations and occasional lone working.
