Are you interested in helping to manage a superb 400+ hectare nature reserve comprising of wetlands, woodlands, downland and arable, on the eastern shores of the Isle of Wight? We are looking for a dynamic individual with good practical skills and experience of operating agricultural machinery. You will help deliver the habitat management objectives for the reserve, be able to carry out species monitoring surveys to measure the effects of management and to supervise contractors. The reserve has a large network of paths and trails that connect 4 parishes and is seeking to provide increased opportunities and experiences for visitors. Community and visitor engagement will be an important part of this role so you will need to be approachable and help us provide an excellent visitor experience.
