Located in Galveston, Texas, Sea Scout Base Galveston’s mission is to provide a high-adventure marine and maritime learning destination featuring aquatic programs that educate and foster an independence of body, mind and spirit while instilling lifetime leadership and team-building skills.

We are looking for a BaySmart Educational Director who can work with a team of dedicated professionals in meeting our mission and work with members of the community to diversify year-round programming.

The position requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Camp and camp administrative experience.
  • The preferred candidate will have experience working with youth, a director certification from the American Camping Association or Boy S
