The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a programme of community engagement to inspire local people to make strong links with the West Berkshire Living Landscape and take an active part in protecting and enhancing it. The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife. The job involves leading and supporting community projects/groups, planning and delivering activities, promotion and publicity including social media, recruiting, organising and supporting volunteers.
