The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key performance areas: a) Provide technical support to the Biodiversity Economy sub-directorate; b) Assist with the development of the economic value of indigenous biological and genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge into actual sustainable income and economic development; c) Assist with the development of biodiversity market-based and resource economics measure; d) Assist in promoting the sustainable use of natural resources; f) Liaise with stakeholders on the use of economic instruments in the management of natural resources; g) Assist with managing personnel within the sub-directorate.
