An opportunity exists for contributing towards biodiversity conservation within the Peak District National Park. The Peak District National Park Authority requires someone with liaison, organisation and project management skills, and a sound understanding of and experience in nature conservation, to coordinate Local Biodiversity Action Plan and Local Nature Partnership work; to manage the Authority’s ecological data; and to help develop and implement biodiversity projects.

Applicants for either or both posts must be competent ecologists with at least 2 year’s experience of work in nature conservation, an understanding of biological data interpretation and management and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of partners.
