Incumbent will be responsible for the operation of a waterfowl hunting check station at Stormwater Treatment Area (STA) 5 in South Florida for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Specific duties include opening the STA, checking in permitted hunters, conducting a lottery for unpermitted hunters, recording hunter harvests, correctly identifying and recording species harvested, reporting hunting pressure and harvest results via the internet and representing the agency in a professional manner while providing service to the public.
