This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of managing veteran trees, wood pasture and scrub grassland on a 200 hectare National Nature Reserve. Working with the local community you will protect and conserve a nationally significant open space and historic landscape. You will be an outgoing and enthusiastic communicator who will engage with people, solve problems and explore new opportunities. Your flexibility and adaptability mean that you are happy to take on a variety of responsibilities, which will include supervising volunteers and contractors, leading guided walks, maintaining countryside furniture, using tools and machinery and caring for livestock. You must hold an appropriate qualification (diploma or NVQ Level 2) in land management and hold a full driving lic
