The Yorkshire Dales has some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Britain. For many, they are also a unique way of life. Our job is to maintain the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of the Dales and promote wider understanding and greater enjoyment of this irreplaceable treasure.

This role will provide support to the Authority’s Wildlife Conservation Team (3 days) and Trees and Woodlands Team (2 days) in conserving, enhancing and raising awareness of the biodiversity and trees and woodlands of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

You will be educated to a Higher National Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in a discipline related to wildlife conservation and will preferably have some experience of working within a wildlife conservation environment.  The pos
