You will work within a team of scientists with cross-cutting expertise in ecology, hydrology and geomorphology to deliver a range of projects for the UK environment / conservation agencies, the water and energy industries and supporting services. The ideal candidate will have desk and field-based habitat, site condition and species survey experience, particularly in relation to wetland and other plant communities (NVC), and/or experience of site management planning and implementation for wetland species and habitat conservation, biodiversity mitigation and/or compensation schemes. Botanical expertise sufficient to complete Phase 1 Habitat Mapping and Protected Species Surveys is required to provide a high level scoping assessment and to assist in demonstrating compliance with wildlife l
