Seeking a Country & Operations Manager who, as part of a small team, will provide support to the FDA (Forestry Development Authority) and FFI’s other local partners in Liberia. This person will have responsibility for the operational management, implementation and development of FFI’s programme of projects in Liberia. We are looking for an individual who is highly experienced in programmatic operations and staff management, with a strong technical background in relevant conservation management. The individual will need to have demonstrable experience in programme finance management and reporting, logistics, staff training and mentoring, institutional strengthening and effective incorporation of local communities in biodiversity conservation programme activities.
