As Senior Ranger, Operations (Biodiversity) with the Department of Conservation you will be joining our talented Biodiversity team carrying out natural heritage conservation work programmes in Hokitika. This is an opportunity to fill a leadership role as D Band Senior Ranger.  The role will involve the planning and authorisation of technical work programmes relating to:
  • Threatened species management
  • Plant and animal pest control programmes
  • Wild animal control
  • General biodiversity work and fencing
