The focus for this exciting, ranger position is to be out there doing conservation work. The successful applicant will contribute to our recreation and historic programmes but it is in the biodiversity area where the emphasis lies for this role. including predator control, species work, threatened plants, fencing and weed control, education and enforcement, as well as recreation and historic tasks with some emergency work such as rural fire.  The successful applicant will have:   A commitment to excellence - sets high personal and professional standards; assumes responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of projects Be physically fit, have, a can-do attitude and is someone who wants to get things done Experience and qualifications in the practical managem
