Ducks Unlimited is seeking a wetlands ecologist, hydrologist or natural resource economist to synthesize existing science to quantify and communicate ecosystem services outcomes of its conservation programs.  The successful applicant will focus initially on three higher order objectives: (1) development and/or synthesis of science-based information to assess effects of DU’s conservation work on water quantity and quality; (2) synthesis of the science-based information into a form that can be easily communicated and conveyed to DU staff engaged in development of partnerships with industry and foundations, and to policy staff and others engaged in advocacy to secure favorable wetlands public policy outcomes; (3) active participation in the scientific community by publishing peer-reviewed
