Under the overall supervision and direction/guidance of the RPC, the CLME+ EMRA will:

  • Liaise on matters of relevance to the development of the “State of the environment” report and portals and SAP M&E mechanism with designated officials in the CLME+ participating countries, members of the CLME+ Steering Committee and CLME+ Partnership, the GEF Agency, the Executing Agency and prospective partners, donors and other stakeholders, as deemed appropriate and necessary by the RPC
  • Preparation of the content for the SAP M&E and “State of…” report and portal(s), either directly or through outsourcing or partnerships, as a function of both identified requirements/opportunities and the availability of funds 
  • Identify opportunities, and actively ad
