Job summary The Development Director (DD) is solely accountable for driving the financial growth of EWS-WWF as per the requirements of the Strategic plan and the achievement of targeted income/fund raising. Essentially, the role holder interprets and converts organisational strategies into fundable proposals and implements fundraising programme plans in line with organisational financial requirements. The DD motivates, develops, and empowers a team of dynamic professionals to help implement the fundraising strategy and achieve results.
