This post reflects the importance of fundraising and development over the coming years, and the successful applicant will join a small, focussed fundraising team working closely with the CEO, Chair and Board of Directors. This role will suit an ambitious fundraising and development professional, with experience of raising funds from trusts, foundations and major individual donors, with a solid understanding of the mechanics of development work including prospect research and cultivation programmes.
