The post-holder will work on various ecological and management related grasslands datasets held by partners and bring these together in a single shared GIS database. The database will form the evidence base for a agreeing a set of priorities for grassland conservation in Derbyshire over the next 20 years. The post-holder will be required to seek further funding for grasslands work as part of the project. If you have an understanding of grassland conservation, experience of developing strategies, fundraising and managing databases you may be the person we are looking for to help put grasslands on the map.
