As an Information Assistant at Arne you will recruit new members by discussing the work of the RSPB with members of the public, in an enthusiastic, passionate and persuasive way. Our membership team is target driven and you will be responsible for meeting your own membership recruitment targets. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated. You will need to be able to think on your feet and communicate with a variety of personalities and interests to guide conversations towards RSPB membership.
