The Ocean Health Index --a collaboration between Conservation International and the University of California, Santa Barbara--is the first global scale, scientific measure of the sustainability of benefits that people derive from the ocean. Through its comprehensive framework, the Index enables policy makers, managers, investors and the public to better understand, track and communicate the status of local ocean health and to design targeted and informed management actions.

The Ocean Health Index intern will provide professional, administrative and research support to the Ocean Health Index directors, senior manager and coordinator on management, development and outreach efforts.

This is a part-time internship for 12 months, with flexibility.
