JOB DESCRIPTION MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Programme Manager for the Brazil Country Office will be responsible for the following tasks: Programme Development: ? Provide vision, strategic focus and operational guidance as necessary for the further development and implementation of IUCN Programme at country level; ? Lead the establishment and maintenance of a coherent project portfolio that advances IUCN’s programmatic mandate with respect to the three different programme components; ? Provide technical inputs to ensure that IUCN projects and initiatives are designed, implemented, monitored and evaluated in accordance with IUCN standards, that project delivery is underpinned with adequate quality assurance and that all projects clearly align with and contribute to IU
