Overview

Ecosulis Ltd is looking to recruit Lead Ecological Field Surveyors to contribute to a diverse mix of ecological projects. We are looking for candidates with experience in a range of survey works. You will share our values, believing that people and nature can coexist and that innovation and collaboration get the best outcome.

Candidates will be selected according to their experience and attitude towards development, planning and conservation. Based in the West Midland area you will be required to travel locally to undertake different protected species surveys, including great crested newts and bat surveys. Ideally we are looking for ecologists with experience with a range of different protected species surveys, however we would be able to accept ecologists with single species experience.

You will have:

• Previous demonstrable experience of leading surveys (at least 3 years experience).
• Associate/Full membership of the CIEEM or potential to gain membership.
• Demonstrable understanding of UK legislation, planning policy and best practice.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Clean driving licence and own transport essential.
