Rangers have always been a hugely important role at the National Trust, and play a crucial role thinking about the long term in order to look after our special places. As part of the wider Ranger team, we need you to think about our impact on the environment, and find better ways to do things.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress in their profession. This role involves leading a small team who care for the wider estate at Arlington and deliver the vision for the outdoors. It will also involve planning and delivering a programme of work to support our farm tenants, manage the in-hand woodland and develop recreation and access opportunities across the estate. A revised parkland plan will inform some of this work.
