Provide leadership, development, support and motivation to the cast members as they engage guest with animals and conservation. Interns will create a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability. Operating areas include Disney’s Animal Kingdom Guest facing animal locations. . They also monitor and ensure Walt Disney World standards and leadership behaviors while continually working to provide exceptional guest service. This internship does not have any direct animal contact as part of the regular duties. All daily animal husbandry and care is provided by our Animal Keeper staff.
