Developing a tool to predict seabird vulnerability to oil pollution. An 18 month studentship is available to focus on collating existing data on seabird distribution and build a GIS tool in the form of a predictive spatial model. The student will also contribute to the collection of new GPS tracking data from several seabird species off the west and south-west coast of Ireland.
