What you'll be doing You’ll be involved in all aspects of our outdoor work including chalk grassland management, scrub control, halo-thinning of veteran trees, and thinning of plantation woodlands. You’ll also help to maintain the estate infrastructure and extensive rights of way network, while ensuring that visitors have a first rate experience at Ashridge. You’ll participate fully in delivering our winter events programme including guided walks. This seasonal role will give you a valuable insight into working on a busy countryside property with a variety of challenges. You'll be required to work weekends on a rota system.
