Green Academies Project (GAP) will establish and train a cohort of young people to take responsibility for conservation, maintenance, and planning and implementation of projects at local outdoor sites. Working in partnership with organisations experienced in supporting and training young people we will give them the necessary skills and confidence to undertake work on and champion their local green spaces. GAP is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund and is part of Our Bright Future.
