POSITION SUMMARY The SLELO Ecological Restoration Crew Member will help implement restoration/ecological management projects and invasive species management projects within the biologically rich and ecologically important SLELO PRISM region to include the counties of St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Oswego, Oneida and Lewis outside of the Adirondack Park. Successful candidates will work as a team to collect ecological data and implement various conservation and restoration projects including early detection surveillance and rapid response efforts. Typical activities include monitoring vegetation communities, target indicator species monitoring and invasive species management actions.
