Ocean Associates, Inc. (OAI) is seeking a Scientist VI to provide support to the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC), in Seattle, WA. OAI supplies personnel support services on contract to government and industry clients for marine fisheries and protected species. This person filling this position will provide scientific expertise in deep-sea corals and sponges to support the mission of the NMFS in the Seattle labs of the AFSC. The AFSC is responsible for assessing and managing marine resources in the North Pacific Ocean including Arctic and sub-Arctic marine ecosystems.
