Ocean Associates, Inc. (OAI) is seeking a Fishery Research Scientist 1 to provide support to the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA. OAI supplies personnel support services on contract to government and industry clients for marine fisheries and protected species. This is an approximately one year position to conduct research that will provide a basis for identifying hatchery actions that may be used to support the recovery of Southern resident killer whales.  The work will involve processing of hatchery release and stream flow data, spatiotemporal modeling to identify patterns and important covariates, and the preparation of a peer-reviewed manuscript with co-authors from the NWFSC.  This is an excellent opportunity fo
