The NOPP Internship Program provides current students and recent graduates with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to ocean science and policy issues. The internship will provide students with the opportunity to work with representatives from federal agencies including the Navy, NOAA, BOEM, USGS, DOE, DOI, NSF, and others. The intern will gain exposure to issues including: aquaculture, offshore energy development, autonomous aerial and underwater vehicles, microbial diversity, deep-sea corals, technology integration, marine mammal tagging, sea-ice modeling, climate-change initiatives and more.
