This position is for highly motivated and passionate individuals who value experiential education and international travel. Program Leaders work directly with our students, communities, activities’ operators, and other program leaders in our destination countries during the summer season from June through August. Program Leaders represent Rustic Pathways and mentor our students as they lead them through outdoor adventure activities, community service projects, travel accommodations, transportation from one place to another, and down time.
