We are looking for an experienced project manager who has strategic planning experience to undertake a feasibility study and to develop a five year strategic action plan for the establishment of Biodiversity Corridors across the Auckland Region. 

The role will require significant engagement with Treaty Partners, public and private organisations (existing and new relationships) including the Auckland Council to determine the potential opportunities that exist in connecting people to place whilst also identifying new places to support across the region. 

Important aspects of this role will be to provide best practice strategic planning and to apply the Department’s project management framework to the programmes of work.  Relationship and stakeholder management expertise
