The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds are now delivering a project to implement and manage a total supply chain solution in order to improve our competitive edge and customer service to our members and supporters. We seek a commercially aware Project Manager to manage the implementation of the selected Omni-channel software system, covering warehouse management system, call/support contact centre, retail outlets, supply chain management, e-commerce, and BI reporting. The selected candidate must have previous experience of successfully implementing this type of solution and will lead implementation activities to ensure timelines and budget constraints are met, whilst managing client expectations and stakeholder engagement.
