Regional Engineers perform a full range of project planning, design, contracting, and construction management functions on wetland, riparian, and associated habitat restoration projects.  Project delivery responsibilities include scoping and proposal development, topographic surveying, engineering design, project bidding, field inspection, and construction management.  A close working relationship with local, state and federal personnel, private landowners, and other conservation partners will be an important aspect of the job. The position will include significant travel throughout California and Nevada.
