Role Objective

To secure accommodation bookings through handling telephone and web site enquiries. To respond to enquiries before, during and after guests have stayed within the accommodation establishments. Be thorough in recording the booking and quick to spot the opportunity to up-sell. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, to attract new guests and retain them for future stays.

Job Purpose

  •   To receive enquiries and take the appropriate follow up action necessary to convert this to a ‘sale’.

  •   Handle all enquiries and bookings to a high level of customer service.
