The RSPB at South Essex are seeking a dynamic, resourceful and motivated Assistant Warden to join a reserves team managing an ever evolving 750 hectares of nature reserves on the north side of the Thames estuary. These diverse nature reserves comprise of, lowland wet grassland, reedbed, fresh and saline lagoons, saltmarsh, mudflats, arable land, scrub, plus rare and nationally important brownfield habitat.
