The RSPB cannot achieve a world richer in nature without our people - staff, volunteers and partners. Our People Strategy sets out our people vision for the organisation in 2020 and our plans for how we're going to get there. We are looking for an experienced project manager to aid the delivery of the People Strategy recommendations so that our workforce can be the best it can be for nature. Focusing on the final stages of implementing our pay and reward review, you will identify and manage the project risks and issues, including putting in place appropriate contingency actions when needed.
