A challenging position of Scientist (GIS Conservation Planning) exists with the Park Planning and Development Unit in the Conservation Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of current and future national parks through systematic conservation planning and prioritisation, spatial data management, support to biodiversity monitoring programmes and park management plan development, the development of zonation systems and performing conservation planning research.
