As a member of the Visitor Experience team, the successful candidates will provide a world class service to visitors to Edinburgh Zoo at first point of contacts on the site, at vehicle access areas and as a driver of on-site transport. You will also ensure all areas of the site are presented to the highest standards. Applicants must be polite and enthusiastic team players and engage customers empathetically to provide information, upsell products and deal with queries. A full driving licence with one years’ experience of driving is essential.
