The Senior Biologist will work with our Conservation Science Director and other program staff to develop and manage all aspects of the Conservancy’s Science Program, including: (1) developing, managing, and implementing the science activities for Tejon Ranch conservation lands and possibly the broader Tehachapi Mountain region, (2) communicate the results of the Conservancy’s work, (3) coordinate with TRC on its ongoing land use activities within the context of the Tejon Ranch Conservation and Land Use Agreement and applicable conservation easements, and (4) serve as a leader and spokesperson to the public and other guests during public access and education activities sponsored by the Conservancy.
