About the role              

We are seeking a kayak instructor, with a minimum of BCU Level 2 Coaching Award and experience in leading sessions within a tidal location.  You will be key in delivering a high quality, exciting outdoor activity programme to school groups staying at our activity centre.   You will be involved with the day to day engagement of our customers and visitors across the north Norfolk coast, either independently or as part of a wider team of outdoors staff and volunteers. Working alongside our supporters and partners in the local community, you’ll communicate with groups and organisations to help provide access to our sites and to enhance the Trust’s assets and reputation.
