The Senior Project Director of the Migratory Bird Initiative for The Conservancy's California Chapter (Senior Project Director) will have primary responsibility for leading a multi-disciplinary team to set and drive The Conservancy's strategy to advance water for nature when and where it is needed to secure the wintering grounds of the Pacific Flyway in California. An important component of this will be collaborating with Audubon California and Point Blue Conservation Science, through the Migratory Bird Conservation Partnership (Partnership), which seeks to increase the pace and scale of migratory bird conservation, primarily in the Central Valley.
