The role:
Your role will be to support Natural Networks trainees to develop and achieve learning outcomes through work based training placements. You will work closely with placement providers to establish and deliver a high quality learning experience and manage all aspects of project administration. 

Experience of supporting individuals to achieve learning outcomes is essential. Ideally you will have experience coordinating trainees placed across a wide geographic range. You will have some experience within the natural heritage or community development sectors, a good understanding of the delivery of Heritage Lottery Funded programmes will be an advantage.
