I have an opportunity for a short-term research assistant position to analyse video quadrats of benthic cover on Bahamian patch reefs. These data will contribute to an Earthwatch-funded project examining the characteristics of patch reefs as fish nursery habitats in The Bahamas. The position is for a minimum of two months, with the potential for an extension depending on progress.

The project funds are held at the University of Exeter, UK, but this position will be managed from the University of Queensland, Australia. Note that this position does not represent employment at the University of Exeter, and instead the person will be employed as a short-term contractor.
